From first call to final load-out, Rivera Event Sound handles the audio so you can focus on the event. Book full-service with a hands-on engineer, or rent the gear and run it yourself.
Delivery & Setup
On full-service bookings, we arrive with everything your event needs — speakers, mixers, microphones, and cabling — and build the system around your venue before guests ever walk in. Renting equipment only? Delivery and setup can be added for a fee.
Live Sound & DJ Services
An experienced engineer runs the show in real time — mixing live audio, MCing key moments, and keeping the music going, so nothing is left to a preset.
Teardown & Load-Out
On full-service bookings, when the last song plays, we handle the rest — equipment is broken down and cleared out so the venue is left exactly as we found it.

From the first note of the processional to your final walk back up the aisle, we keep every word and every song landing exactly right. A wireless mic on your officiant means vows are heard clearly by every guest, not just the front row — and we cue your processional and recessional music on your timing, working directly with your officiant or planner so the moment flows without a hitch.

Your reception, your way. Want us to DJ? We'll curate the music, keep the dance floor full, and handle every announcement — introductions, toasts, first dance — so you never have to think about a microphone. Bringing your own band or DJ instead? We'll cover the sound reinforcement so every word and note reaches the back row. Either way, ambient lighting is included to set the mood as the night goes on.

Rivera Event Sound is a locally based, hands-on audio production company. We show up ourselves, run the board ourselves, and treat every event — from an intimate backyard wedding to a full outdoor festival — with the same level of care.
Rivera Event Sound started behind a mixing board at church — and it didn't take long before I was completely hooked. That's still what drives every event I run: showing up prepared and steady so you never have to think twice, and making sure you feel genuinely taken care of from setup to the very last song.
